Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lubricants Salesman to manage and grow our industrial lubricants portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing accounts within the industrial sector. This role involves close collaboration with the Lubricants Sales Manager and requires a strong technical understanding of industrial lubricants and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and acquire industrial clients across various sectors (e.g., manufacturing, construction, power generation, mining, etc.).
  • Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
  • Conduct site visits, technical assessments, and product presentations to meet client needs.
  • Promote the company’s full range of industrial lubricants and related services.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance data to the Lubricants Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with technical support and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer service.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, technical specifications, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the lubricants or industrial supply sector.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial lubricant applications and products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
