Pizzeria Luca is a fast-paced Italian restaurant located in the heart of Copenhagen, run by passionate, charismatic Italians who will welcome you with a big smile and cheerful “Ciao!” This is where everything started and the “Luca Feeling” was born.
The restaurant consists of different vibrant areas, each with their own, special unique vibe including a cozy courtyard open all year, a street area with a view of the water and our charming 1st Floor great for groups and larger parties. All in all, a restaurant that can seat over 150 guests.

Operational areas of responsibility

• Keeping the unit clean and presentable and follow mood setting procedures.
• Follow open and closing procedures.
• Be in service and follow the Guest Journey.
• Upselling and cross selling according to sales mix.
• Taking payments and handle loyalty cards.
• Make beverages and handle the bar.
• Be knowledgeable about the full menu, so you can guide the guests to any. special needs such as allergies.
• Reporting through internal reporting systems at closing shifts.
• Follow the KPI’s set by management.

Our perfect Waiter has

• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication at all levels.
• Good financial acumen.
• The experience to operate at a high-speed restaurant.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
