Pipeline Req: Intern, Supply Chain, Summer 2026 Location: Newark, CA; Casa Grande, AZ As the Intern, Supply Chain, you must possess a strong understanding of Supply Chain principles and data analytics skills. Please note this is a pipeline req, by applying to this role, you are interested in at least one of the following teams (exact teams subject to change): Direct Procurement Indirect Procurement Supply Chain Program Management Role/Responsibilities: Learn all aspects of relevant Manufacturing and Engineering processes related to assigned Supply Chain management team Support project initiatives across all Supply Chain functions providing analysis, coordination, implementation, formal reporting, and provide recommendations Identify business improvements and drive process implementation and adoption by stakeholders Establish appropriate KPIs (Key Project Indicators) to measure performance and develop dashboards for data visualization Collaborate closely between suppliers and purchasing global supply managers Participate in the overall procure to pay process that could include sourcing, prequalification, bidding, negotiating, and routing purchase requisitions for approval Contribute to implementation of approved projects Ask questions, absorb knowledge, and make the most of this opportunity to practice and grow your skills - we're here to help you as much as you're here to help us! Preferred Qualifications: Team player and result-oriented with ability to cope with a fast-paced and changing environment Understanding of Supply Chain topics. Proficient with data visualization tools such as Tableau Understanding of process optimization Proficient verbal and written English communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Ability and aptitude for analyzing problems through effective listening to provide solutions in a time sensitive environment Nice to Have: Experience with requests for proposals and quotes Knowledge of automotive supply chain operations Understanding of sourcing, purchasing and capital equipment Participation in supply chain programs geared towards sourcing and procurement Participation and leadership in Formula SAE Electric, Baja SAE, Solar Car or other extracurricular automotive teams is a major plus! Education: Field(s) of study: Supply Chain Management or related fields Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree program at an accredited university Proof of enrollment in current or into next program (MS) Program Information: Timing: May- August, or June-September pending class schedules. Duration of Internship: Our internship program is 12 weeks; the end date is flexible based on individual needs. Work Location & Environment: This position will be in either Newark, CA or Casa Grande, AZ, and is fully in-person. You must be prepared to start onsite for your first day of employment. The working environment will be a mix of lab & office work. Compensation: Student compensation is based on location and current degree level, non-negotiable ranging from $27 to $37 (subject to changes). Relocation: May be provided on a case to case basis. Housing/Transportation: You must provide your own living arrangements and transportation in the local area. Background Check: All offers of employment are contingent on clearing a background check. Drug Screening: All offers of employment are contingent on passing a drug screen. Medical benefits: Dental, vision, and medical on day 1 for all interns working full-time.
