JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the construction process by accurately assessing project costs and providing detailed estimates. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in estimating software, and the ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and subcontractors. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is required.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam or HeavyBid is preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in calculations and documentation.
  • Ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
