Description

Warman Homes Centre LP has been supplying superior and affordable products for over 40 years and is currently looking to expand our team. We are looking for a Full Time Lumber Sales Associate to provide exceptional assistance, and a high level of customer service to develop and maintain relationships with Warman Homes Centre LP customers. This is not simply a job opportunity but a long term career opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong and lasting relationships with our retail, professional and contractor customers while representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with store and other departments to meet the needs of our customers ensuring that your product/service knowledge is second to none.
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining customer logs, ensuring quotes, invoices, and all payments are processed and completed accurately, as well as complete regular follow up with our valued customers to ensure Warman Homes Centre LP has met the customer’s expectation and satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with blueprinting reading, take offs of materials, trends, products, projects, local legislation, and building codes required.
  • Process instore purchases.

Qualifications:

  • Carpentry, Home Renovation, Hardware and Building knowledge is required.
  • 1-2 years success in customer service focused roles
  • Detail oriented & strong organizational skills; Ability to follow up and track multiple projects
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Time management and problem-solving skills; Ability to set priorities and deliver results within deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work Saturdays in rotation with others
