At DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station, we’re looking for a LuminAir Events Sales Coordinator to join our talented Groups, Conference and Events team.
Our hotel offers the award-winning rooftop bar LuminAir, the vibrant new WE ARE EDN restaurant and bar, Amsterdam’s most extensive breakfast buffet, and an in-house LOT61 coffee store. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR / WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Join our fantastic team as our new LuminAir Events Sales Coordinator. Located in the vibrant heart of Amsterdam, the Booking Office is a great place to start your Groups, Conference and Events Career with exposure to a diversity of guests.

THIS POSITION INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING MAIN DUTIES:

• Maximize revenue opportunities in group reservations, conferences and events in our rooftop bar LuminAir by driving sales leads and increasing conversions
• You will interact extensively with guests and clients with the intent of earning repeat and extension business.
• Receive and convert inbound inquiries to achieve goals and maximize revenue
• Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach.
• Build strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs
• Arrange and execute hotel show tours
• Participate in hotel promotional activities
