As part of the Richard Sandoval Hospitality Management, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience, and we are currently seeking a Lunch Line Cook to join our culinary team and contribute to our ongoing success. Responsibilities: Prepare food according to food handlers guidelines, restaurant recipes, and standards. Demonstrate strong knowledge of proper cooking procedures. Prepare items needed for the shift, label and date all stored food, and rotate food as needed. Remain flexible with job duties and arrive 15 minutes prior to the assigned shift. Follow opening and closing procedures and report to managers when something needs repair. Keep a clean, stocked, and tidy workspace, maintaining product quality standards and consistency. Communicate openly and positively with all staff and managers at all times. Strive for guest satisfaction and maintain the goal of creating positive guest experiences. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of previous kitchen experience in a similar position. Knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety rules. Spanish-speaking skills would be a definite plus. Must be able to work well under pressure. Good organizational, time management, and delegation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to self-motivate in a work environment. Able to follow written or verbal instructions. Able to work in a high-paced and hot environment. Able to multitask and work all shifts, including holidays. Able to do repetitive work. This position may require lifting, carrying, pulling, or pushing of approximately 21—50 pounds.
Responsibilities
