We are a very busy restaurant with takeout, delivery and dine-in. Working as a team, we take pride in having such consistent service with such high number of orders in a small restaurant.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service during the night hours, working as a team with other servers and the kitchen, as well as completing tasks such as takeout orders, online and 3rd party applications. As a Night Shift Server, you will assist in providing a memorable dining experience for our patrons. Side work is also required, but also done as a group to ensure equal co-operation. Our shifts are night/evening shifts starting at 5pm.*

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order totals
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Assist with online and takeout orders as well as 3rd party applications as needed*
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Assist customers with orders and being able to work in a small area
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
