As we continue to expand our presence in the luxury automotive market, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Luxury Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide a professional and welcoming experience for walk-in and online customers, helping them find the ideal luxury vehicle based on their needs.
  • Needs Analysis: Identify customer preferences and recommend the most suitable luxury vehicles from our portfolio, such as Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Range Rover, and other high-end brands.
  • Product Knowledge: Conduct thorough walk-arounds of vehicles, demonstrating features, advantages, and key differentiators. Provide comparisons between models to guide customers in making informed decisions.
  • Sales Closing: Use your excellent negotiation skills to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery.
  • Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing clients, fostering long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on showroom inventory, promotions, and competitor activity. Keep informed about the latest trends in the luxury car market.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and showroom.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive sales or luxury product sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Luxury Vehicle Knowledge: Strong familiarity with luxury car brands, including but not limited to Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and Range Rover.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to present luxury vehicles in a compelling way to potential clients.
  • Customer Focus: Professional, presentable, and confident with a customer-first mentality. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
  • Valid UAE Driver’s License: Required.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
