We are seeking a Sales Manager willing to make 100+ calls per day while leading a high-performance sales team. Top performers earn $200,000–$300,000+ annually. WHAT YOU’LL DO Make 100+ outbound and inbound calls dail Work internet, phone, and showroom leads Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales consultants Enforce luxury-level sales and follow-up processes Set standards for calls, appointments, shows, closings, and gross profit Desk deals and structure trades Monitor CRM usage and pipeline health Drive front-end and total store gross profit Requirements WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Proven automotive sales management experience Strong phone and closing ability Deep understanding of internet leads and CRM systems Passion for luxury vehicles Willingness to outwork the team DRESS CODE Shirt and tie or professional button-up required daily.
