Top performers earn $75,000–$100,000+ annually with a 5K sign on bonus for qualified applicants WHAT YOU’LL DO Greet and assist premium customers Write and manage repair orders Present estimates and service recommendations Communicate between customers and technicians Follow up to ensure satisfaction and retention Maximize customer pay, maintenance penetration, and repair order value Uphold CSI and dealership standards Requirements REQUIREMENTS 2 - 5 years Automotive Service Advisor Experience required. Dealership experience not necessary but a plus. GM experience a plus. Strong communication and professionalism Valid driver’s license DRESS CODE Professional dealership-approved attire required.
