Description

Position: B2B Sales (Commission-Based)
Commission: 10%

We’re looking for a motivated salesperson to sell full-house luxury millwork and cabinetry packages to custom home builders and designers.

  • Average package value: $200K–$300K
  • Target: Only 1 package/month to hit yearly goals
  • Growth: Thousands of custom builders in Ontario = endless opportunity

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in custom cabinetry or millwork sales required
  • Strong understanding of luxury home projects and client expectations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven B2B sales experience in cabinetry, millwork, or related luxury products
  • Established network of builders/designers/architects preferred
  • Ability to create and review drawings/specs (CAD)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
  • Find and secure new customers (builders, designers, architects, developers)
  • Collect deposits and manage client relationships
  • Prepare CAD drawings and obtain customer approval
  • Guide the production team to ensure quality and client satisfaction
  • Present products/samples, prepare quotes, and close contracts
  • Attend site visits, coordinate installations, and provide after-sales support
