ABOUT YOU:
We’re looking for a highly organised, self-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset. In this client-facing role, you’ll be responsible for delivering a seamless, high-touch experience, requiring flexibility with working hours and the ability to exceed sales targets.
You must be confident managing multiple priorities, responding promptly to client enquiries, and maintaining precision across CRM and invoicing systems. Experience in administrative, PA/EA roles is a plus; knowledge of the bridal or luxury fashion industry is highly desirable.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Luxury Client Sales Executive, you will be managing the individual accounts and communications for all of our clients. The ideal candidate will thoughtfully plan and execute an exceptional client service, continually seeking to add to our clients loyalty and satisfaction - before, during and after the process. You will be experienced in driving additional revenue and meeting sales targets and you will seek to increase sales and drive customer retention acquisition through various tailored outreach.
We are looking for someone with a track record of adding value to an organisation and being able to demonstrate delivery of CRM related projects. You will be the main point of contact for brides throughout their experience.
As a luxury brand, we pride ourselves on providing faultless service, and our clients should receive a consistent experience from beginning to end, in line with our established SLAs. This role relies on seamless interactions and fast replies, so a candidate with flexibility is a must; a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
