We are ONLY INTERVIEWING Canditates who have 5 YEARS of LUXURY CUSTOM HOMES EXPERIENCE, THIS IS MANDITORY. We are a Luxury Custom Homes Builder primarily in Cherry Hills Colorado. The size of our homes are between 8,000-16,000 sq/ft, and I am looking for a Project Manager/Site Supervisor who has experience in working on Luxury Custom Homes!! Our clients are very demanding, and so we are looking for a person who is not only Very Detailed, but is comfortable speaking with CEO/CFO level clients who are very intellegent. This person must have a very good understanding and have worked with complex plans and have the knowledge base to discuss in detail with Architect their drawings as well as with Interior Architects who will be Elevating interior Dimensions for Design purposes.
Must have 5 years of Project Managing/Site Supervising in the Custom Homes arena . Please do not apply if you do not have either one of these.
Responsibilities include Creating and submitting RFP to Home Owners, reviewing and redlining Vendor Proposals vs High Level of reading Architectural Plans, creating a Project Construction Schedule, and Managing a Job site as it relates to Quality Control, and managing subs on-site.
Must be very Detailed Orientated, yet at the same time able to MULTI TASK Multiple Jobs at one time. Must be proficient in Excel and preferrably in Builder Trend

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
