About the Role
Paws Pet Services is expanding and looking for caring, responsible individuals to join our team as home-based boarders or daycare providers. You’ll look after dogs in your own home, offering a safe and relaxed environment while their owners are away.
This is a flexible subcontracted role with strong earning potential and clear opportunities for growth. If you’re interested in developing your experience around dog behaviour or supporting our board and train service, there is plenty of room to get involved.
All bookings are managed through our team, so you’ll never need to deal with client enquiries directly. You just focus on great care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overnight boarding and/or daycare for dogs in your home
• Ensure dogs are supervised, safe, and comfortable throughout their stay
• Follow owner routines for feeding, walking, and downtime
• Maintain cleanliness and calmness in your home environment
• Keep in regular contact with the Paws team about bookings and dogs in care
• Optionally assist with care for board and train clients (training delivered by our team)

Requirements

• A calm, dog-safe home with secure outdoor space
• Valid home boarding licence issued by your local council is a bonus but not required
• Active pet business insurance is a bonus but not required
• Available to supervise dogs during the day
• Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable working alone
• Driving licence is a bonus but not required

What You’ll Get
