• Process and manage orders (through our Ecommerce site and in-face customers) with precision and efficiency.
• Coordinate and book couriers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Print, wrap, and pack floral orders with the utmost care and presentation.
• Oversee order dispatching and ensure seamless execution.
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media, catering to high-end clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Handle luxury clientele with grace, discretion, and an elevated standard of service.
• Troubleshoot order issues and resolve client concerns with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
• Maintaining a pristine Studio space that reflects DB’s brand aesthetic
• Managing inventory and timely ordering when needed
• Overall administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
