JOB SUMMARY

The Luxury Jewellery & Watch Sales Professional is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to clients seeking jewellery and high-end timepieces. You will be an ambassador of the brand, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of luxury watches, maintaining high standards of product presentation, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a personalised shopping experience.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE:

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all watch brands and collections offered in the store.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new releases, and market conditions.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably within the watch or jewellery industry.
• Exceptional sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
• Passionate about luxury watches and knowledgeable about various brands, movements, and complications.
• Professional appearance, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an elevated client experience.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools to manage client relationships.

  Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
