Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and polished Luxury Property Consultant to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market in Abu Dhabi and a strong network of high-net-worth clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills, market insight, and the ability to manage complex transactions with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent premium properties and off-plan developments to affluent clients
  • Conduct private viewings and deliver tailored consultations
  • Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, investors, and developers
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with precision and integrity
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote luxury listings
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to expand clientele

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury real estate or high-end client services
  • Proven track record of closing premium property transactions
  • Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury property market
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms
