Role Overview
The Luxury Property Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing high-value transactions, cultivating relationships with affluent clients, and representing the company in the luxury property segment. This role demands market expertise, polished communication, and a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent luxury listings with professionalism and deep product knowledge
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment potential
  • Conduct private viewings, property tours, and bespoke presentations
  • Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and international investors
  • Collaborate with developers, legal teams, and marketing departments to ensure seamless transactions
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with precision and discretion
  • Stay informed on new launches, off-market opportunities, and regulatory updates

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are an asset
  • Strong understanding of UAE property laws and luxury market dynamics
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • UAE driver’s license preferred
