Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and polished Luxury Property Specialist to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market in Abu Dhabi, a strong network of affluent clients, and the ability to manage high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent premium listings and off-market properties to high-net-worth clients
  • Conduct private viewings and deliver tailored consultations
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and corporate clients
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with precision and integrity
  • Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure seamless transactions
  • Stay informed on new launches, luxury developments, and regulatory updates

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
  • Proven track record of closing high-value property transactions
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or French is an asset
  • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s luxury property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
