Job Summary
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and polished Luxury Real Estate Agent to represent the company in Abu Dhabi’s premium property segment. This role is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of the luxury market, a refined approach to client service, and a proven ability to close high-value transactions. The successful candidate will work with discerning buyers, investors, and developers, offering tailored solutions and exclusive listings across the city’s most prestigious communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in the sale and acquisition of luxury properties
  • Manage relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and VIP clients
  • Conduct private property viewings and deliver personalized client experiences
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
  • Negotiate and close high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s luxury real estate developments and regulations
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote premium listings across digital and offline channels
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to build brand presence
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales, preferably in the UAE
  • Proven track record of closing high-end property deals
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Professional demeanor with a client-first approach
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin are highly desirable
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle
  • RERA or ADM certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
