In this essential role, you will oversee the operational aspects of our sales gallery, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for potential buyers and visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing the administrative functions, coordinating events, and supporting the sales team to achieve its objectives. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the sales gallery, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors Coordinate sales events and exhibitions, including logistics, setup, and follow-up activities Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory Oversee the scheduling of appointments and tours for prospective buyers Manage relationships with vendors and service providers related to gallery operations Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and branding guidelines within the sales gallery Monitor and analyze gallery performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns promptly Train and mentor administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in an administrative or management role, preferably in real estate or luxury sales environments Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges Previous experience in event planning or project management is an advantage.
