The Luxury Retail Cashier & CRM Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring accurate and efficient cashier operations while supporting client relationship management activities. As a brand ambassador, the successful candidate will provide a high level of service to an international clientele, process sales transactions in accordance with company procedures, and contribute to maintaining the boutique's operational excellence. In addition to cashier responsibilities, the role involves supporting CRM initiatives through customer data collection, database maintenance, and client engagement activities. Working closely with the sales team, the Cashier & CRM Associate will help strengthen customer loyalty and contribute to achieving the boutique's commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail environment, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Fluent English is mandatory, and additional languages are considered a strong asset.
