LUXURY RETAIL CLIENT ADVISOR

We are looking for talented Sales Associates for our Longchamp boutique located in Royalmount , Mont-Royal, Quebec. This is an hourly position with a performance bonus . Our Sales Associates don’t just welcome customers: they create a true shopping experience and generate sales through the proactive management of a client portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma required (or equivalent), as well as training in fashion or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in high-end retail, boutique, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, sales and marketing.
  • Experience in point-of-sale (POS) transactions, including sales, returns, exchanges, item or customer inquiries, CRM and reporting, as per the POS manual.
  • Proficiency in the UPS system for preparing and processing shipments.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate and maximize sales through personalized and compelling customer service.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and item care.
  • Stay informed about new products, store policies and customer service guidelines.
  • Develop and manage a client portfolio to build lasting relationships.
  • Adhere to service standards, including greetings, returns, exchanges, transfers, and loss prevention.
  • Package products and offer a bagging or gift wrapping service.
  • Participate in mailings, answer phone calls and process orders over the phone.
  • Contribute to floor changes, merchandising and product enhancement.
  • Assist in the processing, labeling and replenishment of merchandise, particularly during sales periods.
  • Maintain a clean, organized sales area that meets House standards.

MAIN TASKS:

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will include:

  • Complete all sales transactions accurately and efficiently, while ensuring the accuracy of cash registers.
  • Participate in special projects as needed.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.
