• Managing the store floor and leading the sales team
• Lead by example in excellent customer service
• Ensuring all targets and goals are met throughout the team
• Maintaining the store & back areas ensuring they are tidy and clean
• Ensure shop floor is stocked and always presented well
• Opening & closing store
• Ensuring shop floor is fully always stocked
