As a Style Advisor in a dynamic team your role is central. You will work under the supervision of the Store Manager and be in direct contact with our customers.

You’ll be the embodiment of the company, with the following key tasks:

  • Perfect mastery of our history and codes
  • Knowledge of the range and silhouettes of our collections
  • Building customer loyalty through the quality of your welcome and the relevance of your advice
  • Increasing sales and the store’s customer database
  • Promoting our brand image

On a day-to-day basis, your role involves :

  • Supporting the Store Manager
  • Ensuring that the outlet is properly maintained and merchandised
  • Stock management
  • Controlling performance indicators such as sales index, average basket and conversion rate.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that ba&sh CSR policy is adhered to in your store and will act as its ambassador on a daily basis.
