We are looking for Luxury Sales Assistants.

Experience:

Responsibilities

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be an ambassador of the Globe-Trotter brand, proactively manage relationships with internal and external partners
  • Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through the delivery of outstanding customer service, always aiming to exceed customer expectations
  • Create customer loyalty by capturing and adapting your advice to the individual customers’ needs and develop a strong relationship with each customer
  • Be knowledgeable about all Globe-Trotter products
  • Manage upkeep and condition of all equipment, fixtures and fabrics of shop premises
  • Liase with customers through email, webchat and telephone.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

  • A strong understanding of Luxury retail and sales experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to adapt to your audience.
  • Be resilient with the ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • Experience in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to progress within role and taking on adhoc duties when required
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £13.15 per hour
