We are looking for a passionate and dynamic sales associate to join our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be responsible for offering exceptional customer service, ensuring the store reflects the brand, and being part of a team that meets and exceeds sales targets. Your will be key in fostering a collaborative and positive environment where every team member feels empowered to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Lead by example in providing personalized, attentive service to all clients, fostering long-term relationships.
• Store Operations: Be part of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

• Presentation of our jewelry collections

  Ensuring exceptional customer service from first contact to finalizing the purchase. Supporting customer service by replying to emails, live chats and answering calls

• Opportunity to travel and support our branches in Germany

Your Profile

• Profound experience in high-end or premium retail
• Enthusiasm for high quality products, and of course, you enjoy giving excellent customer service.
• Professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong service awareness.
• Ability to work in a team and to operate confidently in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
• Very good knowledge of German and English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage.
