The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized customer experience while embodying the values and standards of the brand. As a key member of the boutique team, the successful candidate will actively contribute to achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and maintaining the highest level of customer service. The role involves welcoming and advising customers, identifying their needs, presenting products, and supporting them throughout their purchasing journey. The Sales Associate will also participate in daily boutique operations, including merchandising, stock management, and maintaining the boutique's presentation standards. The ideal candidate has previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium sector, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong customer-oriented mindset. Fluent English is required, and additional languages are considered a strong asset.
