As a Luxury Sales Consultant at Heathrow Airport, you will be representing world-renowned luxury brands, providing exceptional customer service to affluent travellers. You will be responsible for offering a personalized shopping sales, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate sales professionals to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while delivering top-tier service in an iconic travel retail setting.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, high-end fashion, or customer-facing roles, preferably in a similar airport or travel retail environment.
  • Strong sales background with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Passionate about luxury brands and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse clientele.
  • Impeccable presentation and grooming standards.
  • Proficient in using POS systems, handling cash transactions, and performing basic administrative tasks.
    This role will be self-employed. Self- employed roles offer the freedom to choose your own shift patterns, giving you the flexibility to design a schedule that suits your lifestyle. While weekend availability is required, we offer ongoing, year-round work with a variety of shift times to accommodate different preferences.
    Our business operates 365 days a year, and as the role is based in an airport, shifts may start as early as 4am and run until 9pm, but with numerous shift options available within this window.
    We will work with you to find a schedule that fits, and we’re looking for individuals who can commit to at least 30 hours per week with weekend flexibility. This is a great opportunity for those seeking a dynamic and flexible working environment!
    This role requires candidates to be 18 years of age or older due to the nature of the working environment.
Responsibilities
