As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add a passionate and reliable Sales Associate to our team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate who is eager to start or continue their career in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. Jewellery sales experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

· Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and knowledgeable approach
· Assist customers in selecting fine jewellery for all occasions
· Learn and share product knowledge, including gemstones, metals, and styles
· Maintain a clean, organized, and secure sales floor and display area
· Support inventory, restocking, and daily store operations
· Participate in training and development opportunities to grow within the role
