What will you do as a Luxury Sales Professional at Diamond Cellar? Our Luxury Sales Professionals deliver an exceptional customer experience for each client who walks through our door – whether they are looking to make a purchase, need a repair, or are simply interested in browsing our amazing brands. They create an unforgettable shopping experience every day. Our sales professionals are go-getters, energetic, and approachable. * Provide exceptional customer service aligned with Diamond Cellar standards for every client. * Build and maintain a strong clientele by leveraging your interpersonal skills and sales expertise. * Stay informed on the latest trends and products in the luxury market. * Obtain all required GIA training. * Assist in the opening and closing of store following all security and company protocols. * Assist with merchandising and visual displays to ensure the store meets all Diamond Cellar and brand visual standards. * Other related duties as assigned.
