ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a confident and dynamic Luxury Sales Treatment Co-ordinator to join our award-winning private practice in Central London. This role is designed for an individual with a strong background in premium sales who excels at delivering a world-class patient experience and is ready to assume management duties that contribute directly to the smooth operation of the practice.
You’ll be the trusted first point of contact for new patients, guiding them through their treatment journey with warmth, clarity, and professionalism. Alongside patient-facing responsibilities, you’ll also take an active role in ensuring the practice operates efficiently and continues to uphold Zental’s reputation for luxury care and service.

MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONAL DUTIES

• Oversee diary efficiency, team coordination, and patient flow across the practice.
• Take responsibility for maintaining consistently high standards of communication.
• Monitor patient conversions, finance pipelines, and key performance metrics.
• Contribute to operational improvements and support the achievement of practice goals.
