We are seeking enthusiastic Showroom Sales Associates to join our team at our Vancouver location and represent our luxury furniture brand in our physical stores. As a Showroom Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail, a passion for sales, and a genuine desire to help customers bring their ideas and dreams to life. Our ideal candidate is someone who goes the extra mile to ensure a memorable and personalized shopping experience for our customers.
Position: Showroom Sales Associate
Location: Downtown Vancouver
Duration: 12-month maternity leave coverage, with the possibility of permanent placement

Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers in a warm and professional manner, establishing a positive and lasting impression.
  • Assist customers in selecting and customizing furniture pieces that meet their specific needs and preferences.
  • Provide product knowledge and information about our furniture collections, materials, and design options.
  • Utilize AR, VR, and Studio X technology to create immersive and interactive experiences for customers.
  • Offer expert advice on interior design trends, color schemes, and furniture placement to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product releases to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
