Key Responsibilities: Manage a dynamic transportation dispatch board with precision and efficiency. Allocate work to chauffeurs fairly, considering availability and adhering to regulatory requirements. Monitor 60-200 trips each day, maintaining clear communication with clients and chauffeurs as needed. Coordinate with local, national, and international partners and affiliates to ensure seamless coverage when necessary. Navigate dispatching across different cities, states, and time zones with ease. Foster positive interactions with both internal and external stakeholders. Provide support with reservations as required.
