Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their travel desires, lifestyle, and expectations. Design tailor-made itineraries featuring luxury accommodations, private tours, and exclusive experiences. Develop and maintain relationships with luxury hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines, and destination partners worldwide. Stay current on luxury travel trends, hidden gems, and new offerings to provide insider access to clients. Provide concierge-level service, including dining reservations, event access, and special requests. Manage all travel logistics, ensuring seamless execution and world-class service throughout the client journey. Anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations to elevate the travel experience. Qualifications Strong knowledge of luxury destinations, properties, and experiences worldwide. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a high level of discretion. Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and travel partners.
