Essential Job Responsibilities Consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering an unparalleled luxury experience Sell vehicles and financial services offered by the dealership Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Lexus products and services Guide customers seamlessly through the entire sales process Participate in product and sales training courses Build strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up, generating repeat business and referrals Set and achieve personal goals aligned with dealership standards Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales (luxury brand experience preferred) Strong knowledge of the automotive market and commitment to continuous product learning Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to deliver an elevated, customer-focused experience Goal-oriented with the motivation to consistently exceed performance standards Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting a luxury brand environment Education and/or Experience High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. 2–3 years of automotive sales experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
