Description Join a Mission With Purpose Are you a compassionate LVN who feels called to make a meaningful impact? Our faith-based residential program serves teens ages 13–17 experiencing substance abuse challenges and mental health needs. We are seeking a dedicated nurse who provides excellent clinical care while walking alongside youth with hope, dignity, and grace. Here, nursing is more than a job—it’s ministry. It’s mentorship. It’s legacy-building. Our Core Values We believe in living out our principles in every interaction—with our teens, our team, and our community: Honor – Treating every person with dignity and respect. Unity – Working together as one team, connected by purpose. Sacrifice – Going the extra mile to serve our teens with love and commitment. Transparency – Communicating openly and honestly. Legacy – Investing in work that impacts lives long after the shift ends. Excellence – Providing high-quality, compassionate, and consistent care. Fun – Creating joyful, safe moments that help teens heal and grow. If these values resonate with you, you’ll feel at home here. What You’ll Do Provide daily nursing care, medication administration, and health assessments for teens. Support youth through emotional crises with calm, faith-grounded compassion. Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team (counselors, clinicians, direct care staff) to ensure holistic treatment. Educate teens about healthy habits, coping skills, and wellness. Maintain accurate documentation and follow state and facility protocols. Help create a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered environment that promotes healing and growth. Requirements What We’re Looking For Active LVN license in good standing. Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or substance abuse recovery preferred.
