Access Healthcare Associates is a mobile medical practice dedicated to serving the senior population. We are currently seeking a full-time LVN Clinical Supervisor with experience in assisted living communities.
This role is essential for supervising clinical support staff, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinical department. The Clinical Supervisor will efficiently triage changes in patient conditions—including infections, falls, behavioral changes, and lab results—and coordinate appropriate follow-up care.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in and prior experience working with elderly patients, particularly within assisted living settings. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and motivated professional with solid clinical expertise, proficiency in electronic health records, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a preference for experience in assisted living or senior care environments.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and triage skills.
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, compassionate demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinical operations and workflows to maintain efficiency and quality of care.
  • Triage patient condition changes (e.g., infections, falls, behavioral changes, lab results) and coordinate appropriate interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with providers, administrative staff, and assisted living community partners to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Monitor clinical staff performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely entry of patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Support communication between clinical staff, providers, patients, and families.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new clinical team members.
  • Prepare and present department performance updates to leadership as requested.
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm at AHA Headquarters (Pico Office).
  • Work closely with the Director of Clinical Operations (DOCO).
