Seva Home Health is locally owned and growing company seeking an LVN. This position is Full Time and will cover Fresno and Madera Counties. Our goal is to continually serve our community by providing high-quality, compassionate care in the intimate setting of our patients' homes. Home health experience ideal, and we will provide training and support. Participate in coordinating care with Nurse Supervisors and patient interdisciplinary team. Provide effective communication to patients, staff members, other health care professionals and referral sources. Respond to agency and patient needs in a professional and creative manner. Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency. Understands and applies a smooth and efficient admissions process and an outstanding experience for our customers Is able to multitask and has excellent organizational skills Has outstanding communication skills (written, verbal and non-verbal) Autonomous and self-motivated Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions
