We are currently seeking Full-Time LVN/Wellness Coordinator to join our management team and lead our Wellness Department. Submit your application today! Qualifications (non-negotiable): * Able to clear DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing * Able to pass pre employment physical and TB test clearance * High school diploma or GED required * Flexible scheduling. Position may include weekends and holidays * Experience medication administration preferred * Must have valid LVN License (Required) Job Description: * Prepares and maintains resident assessments and individualized service plans * Communicates clearly with Administrator, residents and families of any changes in condition or concerns * Manages, oversees, and assists personnel in In-service training and medications * Assures completion of all resident activities of daily living according to ISPs * Interviews, hires, trains, schedules and supervises all Healthcare staff and facilitates staff meetings and in-service training * Manages all physician communications, medical updates, and pharmacy cycle changes and orders. * Coordinates all dietary needs with Dining Coordinator and Dietician * Manages and maintains all medication orders, inventory and supplies * Renders emergency medical aid and wound care * Additional duties as assigned by Administration TruCare Community offers ✦Competitive wages ✦ Paid training ✦Growth opportunities ✦ Bonus & incentive programs Walk-in applications are accepted daily at our Human Resources Office from 9am to 4pm at 8516 Artesia Blvd., Bellflower CA.
