Position Overview
The Guest Concierge (Broward / Palm Beach) will serve as the first point of personalized contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless experience from introduction through check-out. This role combines hospitality, detail orientation, and luxury service standards to create memorable experiences that reflect the LVS brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Initial LVS Introduction: Establish a warm and professional relationship with each guest, introducing and assisting with LVS services and ensuring expectations are understood.
- Guest Pre-Arrival Contact: Reach out prior to arrival to confirm details, coordinate preferences, and arrange any special requests such as transportation, reservations, or experiences.
- Property Set-Up Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections before guest arrival to ensure properties meet LVS luxury standards, including cleanliness, amenities, special requests and functionality.
- Special Offer Books & Binders: Prepare and maintain guest materials such as local offerings books, local recommendations, and informational binders both physical and digital that highlight property details, amenities, and curated local experiences.
- Guest Concierge Services: Provide tailored concierge support leading up to and throughout each stay, including restaurant reservations, activity planning, private chef services, spa bookings, and more.
- Guest Welcome Gifts: Curate and deliver welcome gifts that reflect LVS’s commitment to luxury and personalization.
- Guest Check-In Walkthrough: Personally greet guests upon arrival, provide a property walkthrough, and ensure they are comfortable with all amenities and features.
Qualifications
- MUST reside within 30 minutes of Fort Lauderdale, FL (33301 zip code)
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or guest relations preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive solutions.
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor.
Compensation
If you are looking to prove yourself and grow within an organization than look no further. This position offers an hourly base rate plus commission and performance based bonuses. Target annual earnings exceed $60,000, with additional opportunities for growth and advancement within Luxury Vacation Stays.
