| What we are looking for
The Core Payment Products team is focused on understanding our members’ high-value payment and settlement needs as well as the use and evolution of our existing platforms. We ensure that our products are practical, efficient, and responsive to their challenges and opportunities. Through our commitment to innovation, we strive to provide tools and standards that help financial institutions build sustainable and resilient payments for the future.
The Lynx product analyst supports the Lynx Product Manager through significant initiatives to identify and implement enhancements to the Lynx payments platform, and supports the strategic evolution of payments in Canada. Additionally, they are responsible for interfacing with member financial institutions and other key stakeholders to develop, maintain, and improve business processes (including rules and standards) and key insights for the operation of Lynx.
The Lynx Product Analyst will work to bridge the gap between the project and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. Engage with business leaders to understand how data-driven changes to processes, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value.
