Bethel Farms is looking for an M & A Analyst to join our Arcadia, Florida team. This is an in-office position working in our office located in Arcadia, Florida.
The M & A Analyst will be responsible for supporting the evaluation, execution, and integration of mergers, acquisitions, investments, and other strategic initiatives. This role requires a highly analytical thinker with strong financial modeling skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus
  • 2 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or a similar field
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • High integrity, strong business judgment, and discretion with confidential information

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analyses (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, etc.)
  • Support the due diligence process, including data room management, coordinating internal team reviews, and summarizing key findings
  • Evaluate strategic fit and synergy potential of acquisition targets
  • Prepare presentations and investment memoranda for senior leadership and board members
  • Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to identify trends and potential acquisition targets
  • Support integration planning and execution alongside operations, finance, and legal teams
  • Track pipeline of potential acquisition opportunities and maintain related reports
  • Assist in negotiations, deal structuring, and documentation in partnership with legal and executive teams
