We have been increasing our M&A activities with an ambition to close 7-8 bolt-on acquisitions every year. Job Description You will be appointed as our M&A Origination Analyst Intern and will report directly to the M&A Director, based in Europe. Main responsibilities: You will be responsible for: Sourcing and screening potential acquisition targets on all continents, through interactions with our appointed sourcing consultants and local business managers, through industries database search, networking etc. Support in the redaction of business and financial memo on each potential target to present to our senior management Perform financial valuation of targets Maintaining and updating our acquisition target and pipeline database through the different sourcing and deal execution stages Qualifications You are currently in a final year or gap year (“césure”) at top tier business or engineering school and available for a period of 4 to 6 months, successful candidates will need the following: Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work under limited supervision Multi-tasking capacity to handle several acquisition projects at the same time Enthusiastic, personable, positive attitude, you think and act in a team spirit manner Able to work in an international environment, you have excellent written and oral communications skills along with good listening skills Fluent in English. Responsibilities
