WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are primarily looking for a motivated and driven individual with a basic understanding of M&A processes, concepts, and valuation. You don’t need to know everything in advance, but the more of the following criteria you meet, the better:

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Proactive and efficient working style
• Strong motivation to work and develop in a fast-paced M&A environment
• Majoring in finance or accounting, or already graduated
• Experience as an advisor or industry role in M&A or corporate development

In your role, you will act as the right hand of our Head of M&A and be involved in every transaction and development project we undertake. Your tasks can include, for example:

• Target screening and analyzing target companies
• Participating in and supporting Due Diligence processes
• Valuation and financial modelling
• Preparation of decision-making materials and participation in processes
• Development and implementation of new tools and templates
