Position Overview We are seeking an M&A and Financing Analyst to join our team in Bangkok. This role is ideally suited for a professional with 3–5 years’ experience in Valuation or Deals Advisory at a Big 4 firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting financial modeling, transaction execution, and debt structuring across renewable energy and infrastructure investments in Thailand and Southeast Asia. This is a hands-on role with direct reporting to the Director and Manager, offering significant exposure to live M&A and financing transactions and the opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models for M&A transactions, debt financing, and refinancing. Perform valuation analysis (DCF, comparable, precedent transactions, merger models). Support due diligence processes (financial, tax, legal, technical) by coordinating with advisors and consolidating findings. Assist in preparing investment committee materials (presentations, analysis packs, deal summaries). Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support decision-making. Assist in debt structuring and liaise with banks on project finance / refinancing discussions. Support transaction execution (SPAs, loan agreements, shareholder agreements) by providing financial input. Support the monitoring of loan agreements, including preparing periodic bank reporting packages, including compliance certificates, financial updates, and operational reports.
