Description
Mergers & Acquisitions Support all phases of the M&A lifecycle, including target sourcing, valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning Develop and maintain detailed transaction models to assess financial impact, synergies, and ROI Partner with cross-functional teams in Strategy, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Rev Ops to evaluate opportunities and risks Prepare materials for Investment Committee and Board review Support quarterly reporting, Board materials, and communications with PE sponsors and institutional lenders Build and maintain performance dashboards, KPI analyses, and valuation benchmarks Assist in crafting investor messaging and presentations that align with strategic and financial priorities Work Environment: In-office position 3-5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategic finance Strong transactional experience with hands-on involvement in M&A execution and valuation modeling Exposure to capital markets, investor relations, or lender communications preferred Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations) Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus
