You will contribute to evaluating opportunities, supporting transactions, and driving initiatives that accelerate our growth toward a more sustainable future. We’re looking for a driven and curious colleague motivated by transformation, sustainability, and continuous improvement. This role sits within the wider Group Strategy function, covering strategy, portfolio, M&A, new ventures, marketing, communication, brand, and IT, and reports to VP, Head of M&A. Your main responsibilities Support execution of M&A projects, including financial modelling, synergy estimations, valuation and integration planning Contribute to group-wide strategy processes and deep‑dive strategic analyses Explore, qualify, and support the scaling of new business opportunities Develop business cases and decision-making materials for senior leadership Conduct market and industry research to support strategic decisions Work in an international, value-driven and collaborative environment with strong focus on learning and development Qualifications What you bring Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field 2–3 years’ experience in corporate finance, consulting, strategy, deals or similar roles Experience in M&A processes is an advantage Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial models Experience in strategy, commercial or business development projects is a plus Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex environments Excellent communication and presentation skills in English A mindset aligned with TOMRA’s values: Innovation, Passion, Responsibility Global mindset and motivation to work in an international environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting Additional Information Why TOMRA Professional challenges within a growing, market-leading global technology company Good opportunities for professional development and competence building through participation in relevant training courses and seminars 5 extra days holiday at Easter or Christmas time or between other public holidays in Norway Excellent facilities in Asker with a gym, free parking and electric chargers and our own healthy and varied lunch restaurant Hybrid working as a possibility Attractive compensation package including insurances, bonus and share scheme Ready to make an impact?
