POSITION OVERVIEW

The M&A Associate will support the mergers and acquisitions team by conducting detailed financial analysis, performing due diligence, and assisting in the execution of transactions. The role requires a strong understanding of financial modeling and market research to identify potential opportunities and risks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques
  • Experience in due diligence and market research
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of legal compliance and capital markets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
